Achieved gross margin improvement of 9% from 2019 to 2022 through leading a complete overhaul of our production network and the introduction of an in-house product development team.
Oversaw continued improvement in design and production methods as well as the production network to drive sustainability throughout business. Sustainable materials were used in over 80% of each collection in 2021/2022.
Increased social audience by triple digits through streamlined socials plans, a focus on both physical and digital events and re-evaluation of the design process to allow for more collaboration with various creative communities.
Delivered a first of it's kind technology, incorporating in-garment NFC capabilities on all MCQ products combined with a private blockchain to enhance the product offering, open new channels to build community and develop new tools to understand the audience.
