● Senior Data Migration Consultant – Large residential home developer

I quickly earned the trust of the team by mastering complex client and migration process for a full CRM digital transformation. This allowed me to engage in detailed discussions about intricate datasets within the first month of joining the project. I have also implemented key changes to multiple SQL object data scripts, testing and updating both the client and internal team. Leveraging my experience in data migration, I suggested process improvements, assisted a senior colleague with migration queries, and ensured best practices were followed.

● Senior Data Migration Consultant – Fortune 500 real estate and investment firm

I managed an end-to-end project deployment on a data transformation project with 100% migration success and zero go-live issues whilst mentoring a junior associate. I used my strong project management skills and my expertise in SQL and Alteryx to deliver accurate workflows under tight deadlines in critical testing phases. Concurrently, I led in the development of a series of data profiling PowerBi dashboards that provided a basis for a potential go-to-market tool that can be utilised across multiple engagements. I also took a proactive approach to upward management, keeping senior stakeholders informed and aligned to ensure smooth communication and project success.

● Senior Data Visualisation Consultant – Major railway management company

I helped to deliver a Diversity and Inclusion PowerBi dashboard to a major railway management company. This project encountered issues including dealing with extremely sensitive information which was managed successfully along with the clients limited knowledge and exposure to new technologies. During this project I also utilised a new Azure-based technology architecture to help upskill client resources within the company. I worked with colleagues to adopt an agile management approach to this product rollout with assigning clearly defined roles and responsibilities within the team for each sprint. We also helped the client adopt Jira to track each sprint phase.

● Junior Data Migration Consultant – Leading provider of ICT to UK Education

I was involved in the large-scale Data Migration transformation from legacy internal systems to the New World infrastructure in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The migration of Finance & Operations data used Alteryx and Azure SQL to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for more than forty data entities across Sales and Purchase ledgers, including master and transactional data. This project enabled me to upskill in Microsoft D365 and Azure synapse and as a result became confident in completing data loads independently.

● Junior Data Visualisation Consultant – Internal Tax PwC

I worked with Internal Tax Senior Management to develop a Suite of Tools to establish baseline targets on how Global Mobility Service runs as a business. During this project I helped develop several Alteryx workflows and PowerBi Dashboards that are currently enabling management to make better informed business decisions. For example, creating a custom slider with associated visualisations to enable senior management to assess in real time the financial impacts of resourcing decisions on running costs.
