  • My daily routine is varied and challenging, I look after all booking of Industrial & septic waste, liaising with customers / staff & contractors to ensure specified volume and quality of treatable product is maintained to quality standards. And, on a fortnightly basis I invoice all Industrial and Cess Septic & customers to maintain the income base for NWL and its customers. In addition, will advise any restrictions / access to site relating to daily load quota. In addition I am the point of contact for new customers who would like to use our site to disperse their waste. And other duties include, providing training and inductions, to new customers, drivers, staff, maintaining and updating the UNIWIN and JRP systems.

  • Each day I organise court hearings for the civil and family sections of the county court, the vast majority of these are heard either by BT-MEET-ME or C.V.P (Court Video Protocol) ensuring that both parties (claimants & defendants), have provided hearing bundles, appropriate court documents (witness statements, medical reports, statement of costs); I also collate and verify contact details of both legal parties, and representatives that will be present at the hearings. Once compiled, information is accessed through the diary system and outlook. Due to Covid-19, judges will conduct hearings from either inside the court or at home I provide compiled court folders via hyper-link or a physical folder. In addition, to allow this process to be completed smoothly, I allocate dedicated phones lines to judges both off and on site.
  • Planning daily routes for County Court Bailiffs around the north east region, updating warrants to reflect the correct status of recovery, advising claimants of on-going recovery process (including repayments made/awaiting and debtor’s ability to pay. Ensuring case-man is updated on a regular basis, this allows bailiffs to continue to build a balanced relationship with claimant & debtor. I liaise with local authorities; this allows repossession of properties to be completed when appropriate and, with all parties aware of expectations needed to fulfil the warrant; updating court records to reflect any change in attachments of earnings and updating claimants on a regular basis to allow efficient and updated records at all times.
  • Raising Purchase order requests, liaising with court staff in regards to delivery of goods requested, amending purchase orders to reflect any increase of budget on existing and new purchase orders, processing service requests, liaising with procurement to ensure requested orders are approved and received in appropriate time-frame, processing staff extensions, creating new staff records processing receipts, advising court staff in regard of creation of purchase order requisitions, closing old or unwanted purchase order requests when required.
