  • Once finance is in place, a final order form is sent to the client with the correct vehicle colour and specification to sign
  • Build the order on required vehicle and send to our Order team
  • Diarise a follow up 6-9 weeks to get supplier update on vehicle progress and then advise client
  • Re-assess the vehicle residual value and update the finance once vehicle is due to arrive
  • Supply finance lender the vehicle details to release electronic agreement for the client to sign
  • From time to time, a manual agreement needs signing and I would go to the client to sign up
  • Once agreement is signed and paid out, a suitable delivery date and time arranged between client and dealer
  • Attend the vehicle hand over for client to sign delivery receipt of ordered vehicle
  • Update Fleetware Order system with all relevant signed documents
