  • Manage accounts and source new business in the furniture manufacturing industry. Covering from Cornwall over to Dorset, up as far as Chester, also covering the whole of Wales.
  • Maintain and grow my existing customer base by making sure the customer is aware of Hranipex’s full portfolio of products, finding out the customers’ needs to better understand how we can help them.
  • Also, maintain the customer & supplier relationship by finding out if there is anything that can be done to make the relationship run any smoother.
  • Rout planning is a major part of the day to day running of an area this size, various ways of planning my week include when customer was last seen, any urgent customer needs or issues, plus with new customers I like to visit them within the first week of the account being opened to make sure they have everything they need from me and Hranipex to start their journey with us.
  • Meetings targets are between 18 & 20 per week, with a target of 20 new customers per month.
  • Since Joining Hranipex in 2016 my area has seen a customer base increase from 80 to over 400 customers, and a sales growth from £200,000 per year to £1,500,000 per year.

  • By having a clear plan and the relevant information to hand before every call so the customer can know that they are dealing with a reliable, focused, friendly, professional company and representative I have achieved these sales.

  • I worked to a budget which was set at the start of every year where the bonus was based on 100% or more of margin sales , half yearly and yearly.
  • I achieved 1 half yearly bonus and 1 yearly bonus during the 18 month period with a ledger that had a £350,000 budget.
