Further information

In August 2023, I took early retirement due to family relocation and caring responsibilities. Since retiring I have been volunteering at the local foodbank and undertaking various family-related activities. My circumstances now enable me to seek new employment opportunities. As well as paid employment, I have been a director of a Healthy Living charity and a Trustee on Warwickshire Probation Board. Furthermore, whilst at Warwick District Council I was a director on a Waste Recycling company and corporate lead of a Council-owned housing company. I also provided my own time for mentoring staff from other organisations and part of a team reviewing the corporate health of local Councils.

Major achievements

My particular expertise has been the delivery of high profile corporate programmes and projects. Examples include building projects such as housing, leisure centres, customer information hubs and the establishment of a customer service centre. I've also led on multi-million pound service contracts such as waste collection, public realm maintenance and green space development.

Affiliations

  • My interests include running, cycling, reading and trying to learn Italian!
