- Key holder for the venue, closely following routine based responsibilities include opening and closing, cashing up and taking stock

- Overseeing the efficient running of the bar and restaurant, using effective communication, leadership and team-working skills

- Providing a high standard of customer service, driving sales to ensure the success of the business

- Using excellent problem solving skills to manage challenging behaviour in a diplomatic manner

- Ability to work in high pressure environments and adapt to difficult situations

- Photographing food and beverages for promotional use on social media
