
During my time at Lila, I started as Desk Based sales advisor, between December 2022 until June 2023. I acheived 319 sales, this averages 51.3 sales per month. Whilst on the desk team I helped to train new members of staff and used my negotiation skills to ensure sales were completed effiecently.
I then took the opurtunity to move on to Lila connect Venue/Events. Here I co ordinated and motivated the team to ensure sales, I would always ensure great customer service at all times. This role includes booking venues and negotiating the price whilst working within a budget. In this role i would be sending daily/weekly/monthly insights into what we would acheive. I would also send end of the day reports to my manager, with insights of the day. This would also accumulate into what our month looked like. In this time in 12 months we acheived over 200 sales.
In June 2024 I moved into the field sales team which entailed door to door sales, this is my current position in Lila Connect. In this role I have acheived my monthly target every month. I help with training of new Field team members by teaching them best practice and how to deliver great customer service. While training my colleagues I have reinforced the Lila policies and procedures. Through my hardwork and support of the team I was awarded with Employee of the month for the month of July.
Since joining Lila connect in December 2022 I have shown adapability and flexability towards changing job roles and expanding my skill set.
