Summary

I have been in aquaculture for almost 4 years. I started in hatchery looking after halibut, lumpfish and ballan wrasse. I was then moved to on grow after a year and promoted to senior technician where I have thrived in the role. I have created feed rates for the halibut industry and protocols. I have managed a small team and been in charge of sending fish to sea cages from 32g to 2.5kg and abroad from 3-6g. I will go above and beyond my role when required and I am happy to work as part of a team or on my own. I do not have any qualifications for aquaculture but I have the attitude and enthusiasm. I live fish, I work with them, i fish for them and I eat them. I am more than happy in aquaculture and would love to broaden my horizons.
