Summary

A highly motivated, ambitious, and pragmatic fire engineering consultant with vast experience developed within a multitude of sectors. As a degree educated fire engineer (MEng), I have developed a range of fire safety solutions using a combination of prescriptive and performance-based application. Over the last 6 years, I have developed fire strategies for a wide range of buildings at RIBA stages 1 – 5 as well as undertaking feasibility studies to support board level decisions prior to project approval. Conversely, I have also operated as a fire risk assessor on some of the most expensive residential developments within Central London including Mayfair, Notting Hill and Battersea Power station. Experience in the residential sector was further defined by a 5-month fixed term contract with Enfield town Council undertaking fire risk assessments on their high-rise building portfolio. As a previous senior manager of Falck Fire Services UK, I possess strong leadership skills to drive team performance while maintaining safe and effective operating environments. As the director of my own company, I continually manage multiple projects from conception to completion. As an individual always striving to improve personal performance, I am currently working towards Chartered Status (CEng) as well as returning to University in September (part time) to study Computational Fluid Dynamics [CFD] to advance my abilities in smoke control simulations and material response.
