Andrew Botchway

I worked as a football coach where I planned and ran training sessions to help players improve their skills, fitness and understanding of the game. I organised and delivered drills focused on technique such as passing, shooting, ball control, and teamwork, and adapted sessions based on players’ skill levels and needs.

I gave players constructive feedback, helped them set goals for improvement, and encouraged them to build confidence, discipline and a positive attitude both in training and on match days.

I also communicated clearly with players and other coaches to explain instructions and game tactics, supported players during practices and matches, and worked to create a safe, fun, and motivating environment for everyone involved.

In addition to coaching, I helped organise equipment and training activities, ensured sessions ran smoothly, and supported players with encouragement and guidance throughout their development.
