  • Initially tasked part-time with packing whisky orders to a high standard, ensuring bottles would arrive to customers around the world in impeccable condition. Trusted with handling extremely high-value bottles, some worth tens of thousands of pounds.
  • Moved to a full-time role, which included: opening deliveries, recording bottle conditions for the website, assisting with photographing bottles for auction display, and storing bottles carefully in a numerically-organised cellar.
  • Promoted to lead the packing team, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency and general cleanliness.
  • Interacted with customers over the phone, following up with enquiries regarding selling bottles through the auction; and selling bottles in our new shop. In both scenarios, applied positive customer service approach to increase satisfaction levels.
