In May 2006, Hermes Airports Ltd undertook the operation and management of Larnaka and Pafos International Airports, under a 25-year BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) concession agreement with the Republic of Cyprus. Hermes Airports Ltd is a Cyprus-based registered company with an international consortium of 9 shareholders, representing a mix of Cypriot and international partners.

Responsibilities&Achievements

• Worked under pressure in anintensive environment where I was responsible for the smooth operation of Larnaka International Airport
• Made critical decisions for fixing real-time issues of the airport operation
• Learned how to use the company's software
• Made airplanes' stand allocation and gate allocation through communication with the airlines that operate at Larnaka's Airport
• Handled emergency issues including cancellations, medical issues, technical problems, and extreme weather conditions.

The firms work closely with clients, helping them to mitigate risks and grasp opportunities

• Worked in a group and built an internal software application that retrieved data and generated project proposals using Microsoft PowerApps
• Acquired knowledge of the strategy of the digitalization of various clients of KPMG

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Detect IT technical problems of employees' PCs, the company's networking, and hardware issues
• Fixing possible faults on PCs, laptops, and projectors
• Install and support the company's software for every new employee
• Completed the setup of 2 interns' groups' (70 interns) laptops, by resetting old companys' laptops and installing all appropriate software
• Fixed several issues of employees' PCs via remote access or visiting their offices

RiskMatrix operates as a regional partner of Moody’s Analytics responsible for the promotion, implementation, training, and support of Moody’s Credit Assessment and Origination solutions

Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Enhanced my technical skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining MSSQL server, which is one of the RDBMS standard solutions supported by the company´s software application platform
• Acquired knowledge on how to create and assign specific user rights on an RDBMS login user used by the company´s application to connect to the database to either push or pull data from the application´s User Interface UI
• Learned the company´s application Data Model by studying the application´s data dictionary
• Completed several assignments in extracting specific data from the database using database queries.
