Control Room Leadership & Operations
Lead and supervise a team of 20 control room operators, 8 CCTV specialists, 8 Radar Operators plus 4 Data Center Operators.
Coordinate an extended network of 122 security officers deployed at strategic locations.
Ensure smooth, continuous 24/7 operations across all security and monitoring systems.
CCTV Surveillance & Security Monitoring
Oversee monitoring of 80+ surveillance cameras installed across critical infrastructure, including entry/exit points and high-risk zones.
Ensure real-time incident detection, response coordination, and security compliance.
Data Center Operations
Manage the security data center, responsible for producing and analyzing operational intelligence.
Monitor and track:
Company flights
Vehicles, trucks, and cargo movements via GPS systems

Provide accurate, real-time updates to management for operational decision making.
Radar & Maritime Operations (VTMS)
Operate Wärtsilä Navi-Harbour VTMS to monitor all offshore activities within Chevron’s concession.
Utilize Radar, AIS, and VHF systems to maintain full maritime situational awareness.

Key Functions:
Traffic Routing: Safely guide vessels to Single Point Moorings (SPMs), reducing congestion and risk.
Proximity Alerts: Monitor vessel movements and enforce restricted zones and speed limits.
Just-in-Time (JIT) Coordination: Support optimized vessel arrival scheduling using Navi-Port integration.

Managed emergency response radio traffic to maintain alignment and safety among responders.

  • Coordinated radio and PBX communications to ensure seamless operational support.
  • Guided team during switchboard and dispatch duties to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
