● This includes taking a high volume of telephone calls and emails from staff members within the Specsavers community, in order to make their iLearn experience easy and efficient to use. I received over 100 calls and emails per day that we had to clear by the end of the working day.

● Particularly, if something goes wrong like their training hasn't been marked off correctly we look into this further for them and amend it or perhaps their email address needs to be changed on their iLearn account.
