• Providing reports from preliminary, ongoing, and end of project assessment to explore the impact of yoga and outreach work in the community.
• To liaise with Heart Space on the deployment of work in Dundee Schools and Community Centres and engage with new partners on potential new projects.
• Delivering Charity Classes
• To make connections with centre managers, community health officers, and relevant people within organisations with the aim of setting up permanent sessions and blocks of between 6 / 8 weeks.
• To deliver classes in Dundee Schools, Community Centres, and In-patient services in some of Dundee’s most deprived areas and schools.

• Project manage exhibition Queer&Now
• Liaising with and managing artists.
• Coordinating tour around Scotland.
• Gathering information for reporting to funders.
• Delivery dance artist
• Recruiting, engaging and delivering Community Cast dance sessions to support the touring show Small Town Boys.
• Delivering weekly Dance for Parkinson’s classes via Zoom.

• Supporting staff with administrative, desk-research, and hands on assistance needed for the preparation of Shaper/Caper shows and Creative Engagement programme.
• Liaising with management to ensure all tasks are done in time and within budget.
• Perform tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our productions, such as researching and booking spaces for rehearsals, liaising with the cast, booking transport and accommodation, etc.
• Visiting the rehearsal sites when necessary to ensure all runs smoothly, liaising with staff, collaborators, and project partners to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Supporting live performances and sharing of works.
• Note taking and distributing actions following meetings.
• Streamlined production process by coordinating efficiently between various departments.
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of work in line with the company’s values and code of conduct.
• Working collaboratively and in a proactive manner with all staff, prioritising the goals of each project and/or requested task.
• Contributing and taking an active role in the meetings to further Shaper/Caper’s work.
• Promoting Shaper/Caper’s work, profile and reputation.
• Representing the company at external events.
