I have experience of dealing with vulnerable children and adults, as my daughter has cerebral palsy. I go with her to Rainbow Stars, where there are disabled children and adults.
When working in a shop in Ukraine, I often had to deal with angry customers. Calming them, down and remaining polite and smiling. I also trained other employees.
In one job I was responsible for updating stock records, ensuring all goods in were there. Flung the records electronically.
Although I have limited admin experience, I am used to maintaining my disabled daughter's paperwork. I also manage a diary for medical and nonmedical appointments.

Since March 2012, I have not worked because I was pregnant, after the birth I took care of the child because the child has physical needs that unfortunately she is unable to meet on her own, because she has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, and in 2021 a second child was born child, that's why I didn't work until today.
