I learn very quickly which comes from my artistic side and love to work as part of a team, but if put alone to work to deadlines I thrive towards the end result and take great care in fine attention to detail maintaing a positive and adaptable approach. I cope well under pressure and enjoy working with people and in teams and enjoy many activities. My experiences, particularly with the Science Museum and Paul Simon Marquees, have sparked a passion for creating high-quality, bespoke events with the blend of experiencing both corporate and private events.

As an Event Manager for the Corporate Event Team at the Science Museum, I am responsible for overseeing each event from the initial enquiry through to the event day.

In my role working with corporate clients, I have gained extensive experience in managing a diverse range of high profile events.

I ensure thorough planning and coordination, with the goal of achieving impeccable delivery.

  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their objectives and deliver a tailored event experience that aligns with their vision and the unique setting of the Science Museum.
  • End-to-End Event Planning: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, working to budget, and staff management. Thrive on ensuring all logistical elements are in place, liaising with AV and Catering suppliers and any addiotnal external suppliers for each event.


  • High-Profile Event Delivery: Successfully delivered high profile events such as The National Lottery, and The Diana Award, managing complex requirements and ensuring seamless execution under tight deadlines.
  • On-the-Day Coordination: Take charge of all event-day operations, overseeing the smooth running of the event, from being attentive to client and guest requirements to handling any challenges that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth execution.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefs with clients and internal teams to evaluate the event's success and identify areas for improvement, fostering continuous enhancement of event strategies.

  • My title currently is Sales Executive for the corporate events team at the London Science Museum Group, however I look forward to joining the operational side of events this January.
  • The main aspects of my role, are overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities that define the event planning process, such as, taking the inquiry from the initial point, through to the contracting/invoicing, running through the clients event brief, Liaising with internal and external suppliers, conducting site visits, negotiating costs or contracts and raising venue hire invoices.
  • My primary focus lies in showcasing and selling the diverse event spaces at the museum, ranging from galleries to the private event spaces.
  • The type of events I sell range from Product launches, Gala dinners, Award ceremonies, Daytime conferences, Fashion brands, Government, Royalty, charity, financial and many more corporate events.
  • I absolutely love the process of creating a vision for clients and transforming their ideas and aspirations into memorable experiences.
  • Due to the high demand in events at the museum, I have been involved in the operational side of the events, such as overseeing load ins/loads out, operational site visits, and overseeing the live event.

  • As part of my role during my placement, my responsibilities were: Set Design, Client Liaison, Marketing, Event Manager on the event night.
  • Throughout my time at Paul Simon Marquees, I assisted with the planning stages of their new idea after lockdown of an, 'outdoor dining experience' which was located in their home grounds, my everyday role involved liaising with caterers, bringing new ideas to the table on set design and mainly focusing on Marketing prior to the event.
