- Ideated and implemented an award winning, highly resilient(99.99%) and secure(AES encrypt) media encoding, multiplexing and AI cloud based SAAS product(AWS,GCP and Azure) for broadcast and OTT headend management for Tier 1 broadcasters- Channel 4, Sky, Al Jazeera, BBC etc delivering circa 50 million GBP in revenue y-o-y in the first 2 years. Penetrated the International Market first time in the history of Arqiva within 'Sell to Grow' Exco strategy.
- Led the Cloud Product Management team through direct line management and a horizontal team of highly skilled inter disciplinary product leadership teams and marketing teams responsible for identifying new business opportunities, product strategy development, and product requirements on a multimillion-pound budget reported to Director, Product Management.
- Introduced the agile and Kanban product development for products using AHA and JIRA- roadmap development,investment requests, vision, strategy, prototypes, MVP, Go-to-Market Strategy, & UX/UI for new product launches.
- Delivered technical advances in new products eg: Live to VOD asset creation for OTT customers by maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings, how they impact consumer choices/preferences, and how they should influence the future product direction.
