The project was aimed at redesigning the plant layout and bring a sequential flow of materials. Factors like Cost variation, material handling time have also been considered. The project concluded with proposed plant layouts which potential reduced material handling time by 29% and cost. At the same time, attaining a sequential flow and increase in productivity.

Industrial Training focused on Elemental and Standard time calculation in production, analysis of allowances and sequencing of operations in production parts & providing suggestions/feedback on time-motion study.
