  • Supported the Director of the Archbishops' Council Secretariat with general administration as well as the management of the Archbishop's Council Trustees. This included organising Board meetings (some alongside the events manager for AC Secretariat), training, the induction of new trustees, and the processing of expenses.
  • Supported the Policy Advisor, Clerk to the Synod and Private Secretary to the Secretary General with the smooth running of their trustee teams and meetings.
  • Brought in, managed and trained other teams to use the new Board Management Portal to improve the workflow efficiency of the Boards and Trustee teams.
  • Became one of the lead support members to the Events Manager of AC for Synod events. Co-led on updating the process of how we received and processed information for Request To Speak role and trained and helped manage new members in various different roles for Synod.
