
I am a reliable and organised professional with experience as a Teaching Assistant and Customer Service Assistant. In both roles, I supported daily activities, managed different tasks at the same time, and made sure everything ran smoothly. As a Teaching Assistant, I helped organise lessons, supported students, and kept records up to date. In customer service, I handled enquiries, solved problems, and worked closely with team members to ensure customers were satisfied. In addition, I completed a project using MATLAB, Mathematica, and Maple to apply iterative methods, which strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. I am now looking to apply my communication, coordination, and analytical abilities in an Operational Coordinator role.
