  • Helping Westminster on it's journey to be the world's smartest, most sustainable, inclusive and successful city in the world. My role is to promote the Westminster's image in a positive, effective and community-focused way
  • To achieve this vision and recognising the importance of working with digital partners and using them to help solve the council and communities challenges - I created, assembled and led the 'Innovation Ecosystem' programme within the Smart City team
  • Supported HR teams with developing strategies to attract and build diverse talent pools.
  • Designed wellbeing and social responsibility programmes to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Led environmental and sustainability initiatives to facilitate business process improvements.
  • Set internal communication and engagement strategies to deliver on wider social and sustainability objectives.
  • Liaised with community leaders and industry personnel to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • The theme focusses on using innovation, technology, community outreach and partnerships to deliver quality services and world-leading experiences for Westminster's residents, businesses and visitors
  • Currently leading on 'Proactive Pilots' which means project managing our partners' solutions to challenges that our residents and communities are facing, making Westminster a Smart City Testbed by being an 'open council' that is easy to work with and open minded to new ideas, helping to transform the Culture and Space in the council for post pandemic working and digital transformation and forming an Evolving Ecosystem of partners including the worlds biggest tech companies, start ups, charities and community groups.
