  • Lead on all confirmed events related to Internal, Partnership, Commercial, Corporate & Private events for Brentford FC, reporting directly to the GM and Head of Operations.
  • Contributed to the growth of Brentford FC Conference & Events from its inception to generating £360k in Y1 and achieving a 75% YoY growth (Y2).
  • Working closely with the GM on the creation of new packages and business ideas.
  • Participate in regular proactive sales techniques including networking events, trade shows, FAM trips.
  • Lead on the planning and coordination of small meetings up to 500 people events.
  • Liaise with all internal teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the event is planned and coordinated to the highest standard.
  • Main point of contact on behalf of Levy for all the events enquiries at the stadium.
  • Ensure the client is up to date with the C&E business with weekly meetings.
  • Conduct all the site visits at the stadium with the support of the IT/BFC Operations team.
  • Co-ordinate and leads weekly & daily C&E meeting, ensuring room is booked, agenda distributed, minutes taken, and actions collated and communicated out post meeting within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with the central sales team, BDM and Club’s marketing team on the prospective business from the Club and group campaigns.
  • Ensure all event information is entered into Delphi (CRM) to the required company standard and manage the diary of non-match day events.
  • Liaise with internal teams in the management of the annual partner play on the pitch events.
  • Managing the invoicing procedure ensuring payment received prior to the event.
  • Compile the event information from the client, update on the event function sheet and distribute to the relevant team.
  • Maximize all sales opportunities in the lead up to the event.
  • To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained, on to GM and relevant team.
