I am so a healthy person , I started to eat healthy when i realized i feel so tired and i cannot concentrate in what i do . While  i have completed a nutrition course and also started to read how the brain is working and also , i have been researched about BNDF Hormone which it said , if you are eating more healthy and you are more active you will cortex and amygdala will increase to be more focus and concentrated and memorize better .

I feel so better now and health . I am  going to gym 3 times per week which allowed me to be very healthy. 

I love to read Bussines books because i can look how people who has a bussines can grow their bussines and how they can improve it . I learn from the best people as Grand Condone , Robert Kiyosaki, Robin Sharma , John Maxwell -Leader fara Functie others ,

I enjoy reading Grant Carbone's books, as well as those of Robert Kiyosakyi and other business leaders.
