I am an experienced education professional with a strong foundation in classroom teaching and a deep commitment to safeguarding and student welfare. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for creating inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving learning environments where all students can thrive. My practise is firmly rooted in the strategic use of data to inform teaching, track pupil progress, and tailor interventions to meet individual learning needs. I bring proven leadership in team settings, consistently driving consistency and excellence across year groups while providing pastoral care and emotional support to pupils. My work is underpinned by a strong belief in the importance of relationships. I have extensive experience in preparing for Ofsted inspections, including contributing to evidence gathering, developing action plans, and articulating impact clearly and confidently. In addition, I have written and implemented my own curriculum, ensuring it is both ambitious and accessible, aligned with national standards while also tailored to the specific needs of my pupils. Above all, I am committed to nurturing a safe, inclusive, and ambitious school culture where every child feels valued and inspired to achieve their full potential.
