-Managing the network of intersite movements.
-Engaging with 3PL transport and warehouse teams to provide support for any emerging warehouse stock issues.
-Responsible for availability stock transfer movement requirementsEnsuring KPI Direct dispatch targets are adhered to for for tracking and assessing logistic performance.
-Influence internal and external key partners from the Supply Chain to improve end to end processes as Logistics is at the chain and is responsible to deliver Diageo goods to our customers.
-Identify trends and patterns that could impact logistics performance and cost effectiveness.
-Managed the operational relationship with domestic suppliers; Ardagh, Allied, OI.
-Key Diageo logistics point of contact to resolve operational issues internally, within WHM network and externally at glass suppliers.
-Glass finance validation check and challenge WHM on transport, warehousing, demurrage, escalations and Glass supplier logistics costs.
-Maintain the relationship with the internal teams & external customers who receive services from the warehouse.
-Managed the orders of Diageo brands from our international Supply Centre to Diageo’s markets across the world.
-Own and manage service to markets- ensuring; best supply chain logistics solution.
-Encompassing maximisation of container utilisation, review and improve direct despatch shipment capability, delivering direct despatch alignment with operational partners.
-Building great relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, such as working closely with planning to resolve service issues and drive process improvements.
-Develop excellent relationships with carriers to facilitate effective resolution of issues and cost service opportunities.
-Focusing on delivery of customer service to the markets in a cost effective, efficient and compliant manner with the LAC markets.
-Effectively liaise with carriers on capacity, shipping instructions, documentation requirements and issue resolution.
-Managed the Brand Passport Files process which will contribute to the shape of Diageo’s future ambition
-Working in a team of ten people to support the delivery of compliance documentation for all brands

-Communicated frequently with agencies such as Amplify, BD, Wire and bright signals
-Consumer Insight- out in Glasgow with the on-trade team gathering market research
-Monitoring our KPIs the one I managed was the Jura stock levels
-Conducted project research reviews which I then presented to the marketing team on the brand performance
-Made and sent out press samples and attended press pass for redesign of labels
-Wrote a copy of the development for the Tamnavulin website and social content calendar for 2017 building on the brand awareness
-Budget Management on pricing events for launch sampling in house and out in the public
