  • Work safe home safe is our mantra,I drive this through behavioural based safety management daily walking the plant observing operations conducting tasks and correcting behaviours via our hazard observation system.
  • Working closely with the Technical manager and the quality team on site ensuring quality standards are followed by the teams, attending daily panels reviewing product quality and using root cause analysis to eliminate any deviations from specification.
  • During the last 6 months stepped up to run half of the site after 3 months being in my new role and delivered a BRC A grade in the dry plant and BRC AA grade in wet plant.
  • On a regular basis visitors attend site and I walk them around explaining production process being made through to packing of the product for dispatch.
