• My role is to cook for 45 residents Catered to all dietary requirements and food intolerances to accommodate guests' needs.
• Inspect freezer and refrigerator prior to each shift to check temperatures levels, ensuring proper functionality
• planned meals on time for the day and applying professional expertise in designing delicious meals and making a good presentational dish

• work at a very high standard restaurant preparing and cooking high quality foods that i i produced on our menu at Halesworth Golf Course as well as preparing foods for the Wilderness reserve where large functions/ weddings, funerals and parties are held

• As part of my role I get to create dishes and add these as to the menu for specials of the day and I receive a lot of compliments for the standard of my work.

• My role involved working as a team in the bottling hall production line, working at a fast pace and efficiently to get the product out and packed ready to load onto the lorry
• I had achieved a forklift licence at the time so was able to assist loading and unloading lorry's when required.

• I worked with building / ground materials to which bagging sand and stone from large machinery into 23kg bags onto pallets then folk lifting them onto lorry's who then transported our materials to the company's who resale them
• This also required a lot of team work to get the loads out on time.
• Completed daily checks on forklifts and plant equipment in yard area, reportingdefects and problems to area manager.

• At booja booja chocolate factory, I was working at a speedy pace to achieve efficiencies changeovers were fast
• I had to have the ability to think on my feet and orgernise myself and others to achieve the days plan
• I Have very high standards and greater attention to detail
• One of my day to day roles for 7 months was the finishing room of the factory
• This would include checking the dates and batches were correct, organising operatives into the best position to match their abilities
• However was also able to use machinery in the packaging room and make sure everything was at high standards.
