Amy Calnon

Congleton,Cheshire

Summary

A motivated and ambitious recent graduate from the University of Exeter with a BA in English Literature and Communications. Seeking to build a career in recruitment, with a genuine interest in the 360 recruitment model and the opportunity to connect talented individuals with the right organisations. Through researching the industry, I have developed an understanding of the commercial, relationship-driven nature of recruitment, and I am excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.

Alongside my academic achievements, I have consistently demonstrated a competitive mindset and determination to succeed. Whether striving for excellence in my studies, competing in running events, earning ski awards, or performing and winning solo competitions whilst touring with my choir. This has developed my resilience, discipline, and the drive to continuously improve. My part-time work and volunteer experience have further strengthened my communication, teamwork, and customer service skills, enabling me to build rapport with a wide range of people and perform effectively under pressure. I am eager to bring this combination of commercial awareness, confidence, and competitive drive to a recruitment consultancy where I can contribute to business growth.
