Digital Marketing:
Overseeing the development and execution of online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Managing various digital channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, paid advertising. Key responsibilities include analysing market trends, optimising campaigns based on performance data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Management and optimisation of Paid Digital and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms according to media plan. Including planning, targeting strategy and optimisation on Digital and Social platforms.
- Overseeing campaigns and optimising towards KPIs, implementing A/B testing.
- Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate campaign spending and monitor/improve performance on campaigns.
- Identify KPIs for each channel and apply learnings across regional activations.
- Budget management and optimisation across all Paid Media platforms to continually increase campaign efficiencies.
- Day to day monitoring and optimisation across all Paid Media budgets.
- Delivering regular performance reports and updates to various relevant stakeholders and recommending changes based on results.
- Developing large scale artworks for OOH Activations and Events such as invitations, emailers, press releases, company newsletters and bespoke graphic needs.
- Day to day management of Hublot UK + Ireland website including localised homepage refreshes and site merchandising.
- Supporting the Partnerships and Marketing Team with the development of Sponsor Partnerships e.g. FIFA World Cup, Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA EURO.
- Working across Digital Marketing projects such as Brand Marketing, Retail, eCommerce Operations, Global eCommerce, CRM and Digital Teams.
- Protecting Hublot brand image across Trade websites ensuring all content meets global guidelines by providing content solutions and managing regular updates for Wholesale Partners to enhance Hublot visibility online.
- Reviewing the global PPC activations, feed in local keywords and information to the global team to adapt strategies and executions where needed to drive optimum performance.
- Assisting with budget, raising, and approving invoices, POs and allocating to cost centres.
Client Relationship Management:
Responsible for deploying strategies to engage with clients, by developing the appropriate campaigns to drive revenue growth. Liaising with Hublot Owned Boutiques and Wholesale Boutiques to share the CRM culture and priorities as per the global campaigns. Supporting the Boutique Managers and SAs dedicated to clienteling activities to ensure the correct development of the CRM strategy and retail marketing plan
- Analysing and sharing the CRM reports with Boutiques and Wholesale Partners, defining action plans for improvements.
- Briefing 2 Boutiques and 30 Wholesale Partners with follow-ups and actions needing to be taken.
- Liaising with HQ to share best practices and KPIs across all Boutiques and Wholesale Partners.
- Monitoring CRM KPIs across all stores and providing relevant insights across all client segmentations.
- Analysing customer behaviour and preferences of products.
- Extracting customer lists from SFDC and internal Clienteling App for dedicated events based on client segmentation, client spend history, products purchased and partnerships interest.
- Creation of local clienteling campaigns based on the Global Marketing Plans, Hublot Loyalty Programme, and Partnerships across the United Kingdom.
- Managing local client gifting campaigns such as Lunar New Year, Eid, and Seasonal Campaigns.
- Creation of targeted newsletters to clients and prospects to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all channels (Email, SMS, Clienteling App).
- Communication to clients and prospects regarding events hosted in Hublot Boutiques and Wholesale Partners.
- Advanced experience on platforms: Salesforce + Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Power BI.
