As Music Artist Liaison, my role is to strengthen and develop professional relationships with Artists and their agents. Representing HØL Techno, I am responsible for acting as the main point of contact, overseeing travel and logistical details for Artists, to planning and organising our Events. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey information between several parties and build strong relationships. I also demonstrate problem solving abilities with contract negotiations and possess multitasking adeptness in this dynamic and ever-changing industry.
Represent and deliver a better brand experience through marketing and promoting brand services. As a contractor, I work with many clients.
My recent Activation with SKY involved touring UK offices throughout December as Elf on the Shelf. Engaging with Sky colleagues, dressed up as a cheeky Elf, my role was to bring Christmas festive spirit to the office, encouraging staff to take part in our challenges and Christmas themed games in lead up to the holidays.
For other campaigns, I have taken on the role of Events Manager, representing Everleaf at the Harrogate Country Christmas Event. Taking customers on a tasting journey with our product range, whilst delivering key messages of each complex in flavour aperitif, was where I demonstrated detailed product knowledge. My team exceeded targets twofold, by personalising the customer experience and Identifying opportunities to upsell.
Throughout my Industrial placement year, responsibilities were split between cross-department Rights of Light and Legal Indemnity.
• Identify key Rights of Light issues within surveyor reports.
• Map out affected nearby properties and conduct research into the vicinity of the development site.
• Highlighting crucial information within reports to aid decision making for Underwriters.
• Converse with the team regularly to determine the best approach to complex enquiries.
• Assess and calculate premiums based on individual risk profiles.
• Send quotes and sell policies to Brokers seeking Indemnity Insurance solutions.
During my placement, Covid-19 caused a global pandemic in 2020, this resulted in a reduction of members within my team. I was given the opportunity to support other departments in the business including the involvement in assisting various projects with senior managers.
During my four-month summer internship in 2019 with Innovation In Motion, a start-up smart home technology firm in Amsterdam, Netherlands, my role entailed:
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support business development, understand customer base and enhance our product.
• Construct buyer personas alongside B2C team to grasp the buyer journey.
• Mapped out the customer journey.
• Worked in sprints, and presented research findings to the team fortnightly.
• Understanding company products by assembling parts together and installation to build a database of Knowledge-Based Questions.
• Interacting with visitors using props and role-playing different characters around the museum to enrich the visitor experience and awaken curiosity and imagination. The use of excellent communication skills and confidence was crucial to the role.

• Stocking up and ensuring the gift shop was presentable and tidy, handling admission tickets and attending outdoor cafe.

· I ran the 2022 London Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK, fundraising over £1,900.
· Traveling and immersing myself in different cultures, meeting new people, and exchanging languages are what I love to do in my time.
· The past six months, I have volunteered at my local Theater- The Lawrence Batley Theater, with Young Company and Community Productions; bringing people of all ages from across Huddersfield together to tell incredible stories on stage in a fully produced show. Inspiring others and creating unforgettable moments, is what I find most rewarding.
