After about one year of working as an accountant and according to the fact that the company was not an small enterprise anymore, I was promoted and in addition to my own duties, I was responsible for two financial management students who I hired and thought them the necessary skills.

Below I have mentioned some of my responsibilities which I used to carry out while acting in this role:

• Created quarterly and yearly balance sheets to track financial trends and performance.
• Maintained integrity of general ledger, including chart of accounts.
• Accurately documented all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses and line of credit transactions.
• Filed tax returns and prepared governmental reports in compliance with strict standards.
• Prepared mid-term revenue and capital budgets for presentation to stakeholders.
• Established internal controls to make processes more efficient and effective
• Creating periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs; identifying causes of adverse variances and suggesting corrective action.
• Prepared VAT and income tax forms for commercial and individual clients.

I started My career in accounting as an auditor in VNT CPA's due to the fact that Vania is an ACCA approved firm and I needed such company in order to fulfil My ACCA PER requirements.

Below are some of my main responsibilities while I used to act in this position:

• Logged audit work, noted findings and compiled evidence of misdeeds.
• Supported senior auditor in creating audit objectives and project scope for progression towards audit targets.
• Interpreted financial statements, account records and detailed numerical data to make accurate audit assessments.
• Prepared comprehensive audit reports, facilitating accurate measurement of audit findings against set KPIs.
• Implemented substantive testing to identify material misstatements to prevent non- compliance losses.

My activity in university lectures contributed to the offer of Professor Bita Mashayekhi (professor of accounting) who was the education deputy of university, for collaborating and being his mentee in researching and translating books and articles into Persian.

Below I have mentioned some of my main duties and tasks in this role:

• Researched in economic report of GCI (Global Competitive Index)
• Translating innovation management-related articles
• Researched in sustainability topics
• Reviewed academic literature and prepared concise summaries.
• Gathered information from multiple trusted sources.
• Prepared and organised resources to carry out research as planned.

I started working at Salamat Yekta Behin also known as SYB as an accounting and administration staff. According to the fact that this company was a manufacturer of swab alcohols in addition to scarce chemical raw materials, I am completely aware of establishing different cost accounting systems and also different cost management and variance analysis.

Below I have mentioned some of my key responsibilities in this role:

• Prepared VAT and income tax forms for commercial and individual clients.
• Analysed monthly balance sheet accounts for corporate reporting.
• Documented department processes to encourage accountability among team members.
• Prepared monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Reconciled accounts from income and expense data to net worth and assets.
• Calculated depreciation on long-term assets and also amortisation on intangible assets.
• Checked and imported payroll and pension data to pay salary deductions.
