Amelia Jade Moss

I have been working as a registered nurse since October 2012. Two years on an Elderly Medical Ward and the past 8 years working within Critical Care (Intensive Care and High Dependency).

Due to the busy workload I have gained excellent time management skills and how to work well under pressure. I have learnt to plan, prioritise and implement patient care as well as delegate tasks effectively.

I am proactive with my own learning and development ensuring that my nursing skills and mandatory training is up to date.

I take pride in providing excellent patient care. I am caring, compassionate and communicate effectively with patients and their families. I am able to show empathy which helps to better relate and respond to what others are going through to build a trusting relationship with them. This can be reflected in the positive patient and family feedback that i receive in my current role.
