Lifeguard with 3 years' experience, building a career in leisure. I bring energy, organisation, and fun to every customer interaction. I've worked across operations, reception, bar service, and children's classes, developing strong people skills. Managing the pool daily — I stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions in a busy environment while keeping customer experience high. My ambition: grow into leisure management, leading as a manager staff want to work for and customers remember.
I monitor pool safety, enforce rules, read the room to spot and prevent accidents before they escalate, and respond to all club emergencies. I engage with and supervise all ages and abilities, manage busy sessions, and take full ownership of our pool area.
I regularly provide children under 12 for various families, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. I plan engaging activities, manage mealtimes and bedtime routines, staying approachable and adaptable in unexpected situations to build trust with children and parents.
I regularly volunteered at a local Parkrun, supporting runners of all abilities within my community. I have marshaled routes, managed timing, and encouraged participants — helping people thrive in and enjoy fitness.

Employee of the Month – I was recognised just four months into my role at David Lloyd (my club's youngest employee to receive this award) for consistently going the extra mile and putting my energy towards a strong work ethic and initiative.
Health and Safety Champion – I have been selected for this role in recognition of my reliability and attention to detail. I hold extra responsibility for ensuring departments beyond my own meet health and safety standards, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and escalating through the appropriate channels where needed.
