With 2 years of customer service experience as a team member then a team leader in KFC I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others and creating memorable, positive experiences. Working in customer service has taught me the importance of clear communication, empathy, and adaptability skills which I know are essential for a successful career as cabin crew. I have always found great satisfaction in going above and beyond to meet customer needs, whether it’s resolving an issue or simply making someone's day a little brighter, looking at the bigger picture and recognising how important the customer experience is. Being cabin crew offers an exciting opportunity to continue doing just that, but in a unique, dynamic environment where every day is different and every interaction presents a new opportunity to shine and have meaningful interactions. I have had the dream of being cabin crew for as long as I can remember and have had nothing but positive experiences when flying and want to go that extra mile with every customer I meet and provide the service that I have thought so fondly of on every aircraft.
