I participate in the mentorship programmes available at school and currently as a younger years mentor This entails meeting regularly with the girls in my charge for conversation and a meal where we discuss a range of topics The aim is to engage with them in order to provide support if they need it and the training I have had helps me to pick up on any vulnerabilities that might need faculty pastoral intervention I can help with a lot of their questions and difficulties and provide a 'bridge' to further assistance if they need it
