• Currently working as a part-time sales assistant, delivering excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering product and sizing queries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Maintain a clean, well-organised, and visually appealing sales floor, restocking as needed and ensuring high presentation standards. Accurately handle cash and card transactions with responsibility and attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store targets and maintain high service standards, even during peak times.

• I am a leading and assisting coach for different teams within the club, helping the athletes of different ages perfect their routines, develop their skills and learn new things. Along with setting examples as a role model for how they should behave, be respectful and work as a team, as well as promoting positive energy and self confidence.
• In June I will be taking over as Head Coach and Director of the club and business as my current head coach is moving to Australia. Over the past few months I have learned skills like handling admin, online payments for classes, organising timetables and dealing with tough situations between athletes and parents.

• Looking after the parents' child whilst they are out for a few hours. Making sure she was safe and happy, feeding her when she needed and putting her to bed at the right times. Communicating with the parents about how their child had been getting on, and updating them on anything that had happened.

• Worked as a part-time private housekeeper. Cleaned and tidied homeowners house weekly. used organisation skills to ensure the house was up to standards. Followed instruction of how to clean specific areas of the house and what products to use.
• My employment here ended due to clashing schedules of mine and Chloe's.

• Worked as a part-time front of house member of staff. Serving customers food and drinks in fast-paced service environments. Greeted guests upon arrival to create a welcoming and friendly environment. Handled complaints with a professional outlook, communicating with kitchen staff and my managers to help solve any larger problems.
• My employment here finished due to the pub closing food and drink service.

• Worked as a part-time front of house staff, pot-washer and takeaway packer. Used organisation skills to help kitchen control timings to ensure punctuality of food service along with takeaways. Used appropriate cleaning products to maintain hygienic food packing areas. Regularly communicated with kitchen and front of house staff to minimise service delays when taking phone orders. processed card and cash payments promptly decreasing waiting times.
• My employment here finished due to me and my family moving house out of the area.

Helped out at the local girl guiding Rainbows. Assisted in any games and activities they did. Role modelled positive behaviour and interpersonal skills. Helped them to develop life skills through different activities such as crafts, games and song.
