• Observed children during social interactions and encouraged positive choices for minimising and resolving conflicts.
• Delivered additional learning support opportunities to small student groups, enabling improved academic confidence.
• Built trusting, respectful relationships with pupils through attentive listening and communication abilities.
• Managed challenging child behaviour, running interventions to raise concerns and recommend appropriate action.
