- I worked in an afterschool club with children aged 3-11
- This role required empathy, patience, entertainment skills and the ability to see from the children’s perspective to help them and guide them as much as possible.
- During my time at the Langley academy I supervised on the playground when we would go outside while playing with the children at times, preparing snacks, help everyone feel included, being from all ages this was difficult at times but prevented children feeling upset or bullied. I also helped children with homework and would read to them at times or help with reading. I also played sports with them and tried to include the girls as much as I could.
