Having gained valuable exposure to a variety of school environments, I have developed a strong foundation in the key pedagogical skills required for effective teaching. Over the past five years, I have worked as a Primary school teacher in London, teaching across multiple year groups and building a deep understanding of curriculum delivery and classroom management. Collaborating closely with colleagues, I have contributed to the creation of engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environments where all children feel valued and are able to succeed. Teaching through the challenges of the pandemic further strengthened my ability to adapt, incorporating technology to maintain high standards of teaching and learning in a virtual setting. I set consistently high expectations and use positive reinforcement strategies to uphold school behaviour policies, ensuring a respectful and structured classroom climate. Beyond the classroom, I am a sociable individual with a passion for travel and exploring different cultures. I have also completed a course in Islamic Theology and Jurisprudence, which deepened my understanding of the Arabic language and Islamic studies. I am committed to continuous professional growth and am eager to further develop my skills in order to foster a creative, intellectually stimulating environment that encourages critical thinking and nurtures enthusiastic, reflective learners. I welcome the opportunity for further challenge and progression within my professional career.
Completed alimiyyah course (Islamic Theology and Jurisprudence) - studied Quran tafseer, seerah, Hadeeth and Fiqh.
