Responsible, caring and enthusiastic 18-year-old with practical experience supporting and caring for children of different ages, including one-to-one experience with a young autistic child. Experienced in private tutoring, regular childcare and volunteering with younger children, with a particular interest in helping children develop their confidence, communication and enjoyment of learning. Patient, approachable and dependable, with a current clear DBS check and Level 2 Autism Awareness in the Early Years training. Having recently completed three A-levels, I am continuing my studies alongside seeking meaningful experience working with children and developing my understanding of how best to support those with individual and additional needs.

• Volunteer, Project ImpACT, 2024-01-01, 2024-03-31, Three months, Volunteered once a week for three months as part of a community programme, Took part in cooking activities alongside elderly people, Helped prepare food which was distributed to people in need, Gained experience working with people of different ages and backgrounds while contributing to a community initiative
