Accomplishments

This last year, I have been recognised at my workplace for being an inclusive teacher. I was asked to join a group of teachers collected together to develop a 'Traffic Light' approach to behaviour management and have had the opportunity to build our strategies to support children as they move through our trust and share these strategies with colleagues.

I have also been given the role of Performing Arts House representative, in which I collaborate with colleagues to provide opportunities for extra curricular activities and competitions.

Currently developing a comprehensive programme of LGBTQ+ resources to run alongside our PSHE programme, of which I have already created a wide variety of inclusive resources and teaching tools for the wider school to use with students.
