In collaboration with my university, I assisted Sparks, a Bristol-based project by Global Goals Centre and Artspace Lifespace, conducting interviews to increase footfall in the community hub. This experience enhanced my skills in active listening, communication, data analysis, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring effective engagement and insightful, respectful interactions.

As a temporary holiday staff member at Daylesford Organic Farmshop, I provided exceptional service in the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skilled in menu knowledge, multitasking, problem-solving, teamwork, conflict resolution, and upholding food safety and organisation to maintain the establishment's high standards.

I was part of a team that would clean the common areas and classrooms at the end of the school day. Teamwork ensured we got the job done at a fast pace whilst being thorough. Attention to detail was a very prominent issue after the impacts of Covid-19.

The Hare is a busy gastro pub in a local village, famous for good service and food quality. In a fast paced environment and working as part of a small team, I provided an attentive and personalised service. Knowing the menu and running my own table section I could give the best customer experience, whilst also taking on general cleaning duties.
