During the week of the 15th of June and 27th of June I completed two weeks of voluntary week experience in St Paul’s Catholic junior school.

During  this work experience, I worked alongside teachers and classroom assistants to support pupils in their daily learning. I helped prepare classroom activities, and learning recourses, and supervised break times , making  sure they were safe and encouraging positive behaviour.

Throughout the period of work experience, I worked with different aged children, and supported best I could.

I developed skills such as communication, teamwork and responsibilities .

I leaned how to work in a professional manor with both staff and children and gained the better understanding of working with children.
