Accomplishments

In addition to my day job, on a temporary basis I have worked (bartending,barista, team leader, commis chef, chef de Partie) at locations such as F1 Silvertone, Goodwood festival of Speed, Natural History Mussem/ National Gallery/ Royal Albert Hall

Whilst solo travelling in Bali I was able to taken the amazing opportunity of

taking up a Balinese Cooking class, it was incredible to learn new flavour

profiles and cooking techniques.

Additionally, having a younger brother diagnosed with severe autism and being

non-verbal, I know basic sign language which has helped with communicating

and helping customers who need that extra support
