• Ensure all leads (walk-in and online) are contacted and followed up in timely manner to secure successful sales whilst offering seamless end-to-end customer journey, including full home measure service, kitchen design process and installation options.
• Designs prototype design for customer whilst in store. Improve this design whilst making tweaks based on phone call conversation and email follow ups. Call customer to in-store appointment for final design viewing at agreed time frame to do final touch up. This is then complimented by virtual reality viewing and agree delivery week.
• Is responsible for making sales and taking payments by clearly explain all key documents and financial options with customers, ensuring all personal details collected are accurate.
• Taking and keeping accurate and detailed notes. Regularly maintaining contact with clients to ensure everything is up to date. Maintaining order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time.
