With 20+ years’ experience, I’ve led multi-site sales and senior operations teams, managing large teams across multiple locations, and overseeing 1M+ sq ft of real estate at Romulus. I strategically developed and scaled our serviced office brand - Huddle; into a leading multi-site business and secured multi-million-pound contracts with SMEs and global corporates including Tesla, Formula E and Etihad Airways. Through IWG, I worked with HS2, Church & Dwight, and Santander Bank, and was recognised as London’s top sales performer in 2017/2018.

Executive-level General Manager with full accountability for the origination, launch, and scale of the Huddle flexible workspace platform across the Romulus portfolio. Led the business from concept development, brand creation, and centre design through to delivery, stabilisation, and ongoing portfolio operations.
Grew Huddle organically to four profitable centres, delivering rapid lease-up and sustained high occupancy (centres opening at up to 100% occupancy and stabilising at 85–95%). Held full P&L responsibility across a multi-site portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and operational efficiency.
Led all new centre openings with end-to-end responsibility for operations, sales, marketing, systems, and administration. Negotiated and executed the acquisition and integration of two competing business centres, overseeing commercial negotiations, operational takeovers, and full rebranding into Huddle, improving asset performance and consolidating market presence.
Built and led high-performing, multi-site teams, establishing scalable operating frameworks, service standards, and performance management. Acted as senior operational lead within Romulus, aligning flex strategy with wider asset, investment, and portfolio objectives.
I lead sales and leasing across 1M+ sq ft of office, retail, and flexible workspace in West London, driving tens of millions in long-term contractual value.
