Secured 8 ACCA exam exemptions, demonstrating proficiency in both Applied Skills and Applied Knowledge. Experienced in customer service roles, enhancing problem-solving and analytical skills. Actively pursuing accounting or finance positions to leverage skills and further professional development.

I bring a diverse range of professional experience, having worked in Sky contact centre, Esure insurance company and volunteering as fundraiser for Marie Curie. These roles have have helped me develop valuable skills and experiences in customer services skills speaking effectively, processing optimisation, strong analytical and creative problem solving for trouble shooting complex system, handling customer compliance data, resilience and adaptability in adjusting to new strategies. Additionally volunteering as a fundraiser allowed me to enhance my ability in active listening, attention to details and organisations skills and also leadership and teamwork skills while contributing to inclusive leadership training and targets projects to reach as a team.

I am now seeking roles in accounting or finance where I can apply my knowledge and skills and gain practical experience and continue my professional development as I work towards completing my ACCA qualifications.
