Then moved to work in a school as a kitchen assistant preparing the school dinners and serving

From there I went to work in a coffee house

Which later I took over the business and started a work experience program for young SEND adults in our community working with MENCAP and the local SEND school giving young adults with autism/Down syndrome the chance to learn hospitality skills and social and communication skills in a safe working environment
